React Utils Runner
The React Utils runner (react-utils) provides the ReACT dashboard tooling pipeline: it preprocesses raw hydrated capture data into per-role dataframes, computes role-specific metrics (gunner, driver, commander, crew/unit, and AFV Recognition), and transforms those metrics into the legacy v1 dashboard JSON widgets consumed by ui/legacy. Use it in ReACT-based session templates when tasks are routed to the react-utils deployment.
